  • As ABAP Design Authority, manage and develop ABAP programs, working closely with offshore and local developers validating that standards are followed and verifying code is written optimally by performing code reviews.
  • Liaise between offshore developers and functional Process Team Owners to ensure on-time delivery of objectives.
  • Provide support to the business to ensure delivery of critical, time-sensitive transactions for the Banking and Treasury Departments, such as Lockbox, ACH and wires, Positive Pay, and Electronic Bank Statements for three distinct business units.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents that have been identified by the business, and manage and deliver solutions that are scheduled for three different migration waves to production.
  • Provide technical support for several interfaces between SAP and legacy systems, UC4, and UNIX. Extract and deliver large volumes of financial data to external auditors for SOX compliance.

  • Wrote BDC programs to perform mass background changes to master data records by uploading data from a file and/or by using SQL statements to fetch records from the database.
  • As Project Lead, managed the redesign of the company’s SAPscript invoices utilizing SAPsmart forms, revamping the design and layout, creating easy-to-read customer and commercial invoices, credit and debit memos, sales quotations and orders.
  • Served on the SAP R/3 upgrade team, served as Upgrade Project Lead for SD, SM modules, and all customized SAPscript print programs. Successfully upgraded the system from 3.1i to 4.6c within a two-month timeframe without outside consultants.
  • Served as Project Lead solely responsible for managing and remotely implementing existing SD functionality to the Canadian sales office within a 3-month period.
  • Implemented multiple cross-functional ABAP/4 reports for the Sales and Service Departments to provide revenue/cost analysis, track invoiced and non-invoiced orders, and display valid contracts.
  • Wrote training documentation and trained key users on how to use new screen layouts, functionality, and concepts of the 4.6c platform.
